These are several frequently asked questions FAQ that we get however, if this doesn’t answer a question or concern you may have, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

A special license is not needed, however we do require that drivers are at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. Additional insurance is offered and may be required. We must receive driver's licenses and insurance proof for ALL drivers that may drive the unit during the trip.  Undocumented drivers are NOT allowed to drive the unit whatsoever.

You can include insurance in your reservation for a small fee to ensure you are fully protected on your trip.

Absolutely. This is our number one priority for every renter. We want to make sure  you are confident in every aspect of your rental experience, from driving to parking, and from hooking up to unplugging (literally).  You can expect your pickup experience to last at least 30-45 minutes as we walk you through every aspect of your rental unit. If you have additional concerns, please contact us.

We understand that delays happen.  If you’re in a jam, call us to let us know first. If it’s just an hour or so, we can likely work with you.  If you are significantly late, we may have to charge extra fees, as we will need to prepare your unit for the next family as soon as it comes back. Just contact us if you know you are running behind schedule.

No. For now, we require that you pick up and drop off your unit at our location in West Palm Beach, FL.  Special requests for delivery or alternate drop off locations will be considered upon request. Please contact us if your travel plan requires alternative locations.

Each motorhome is equipped with the number of seat belts for each passenger. Our motorhomes and RVs can accommodate up to 4-9 passengers with seat belts while driving. Please visit the rentals page to learn more about capacity.

You will get 150 miles per night included in your rental. Additional miles will be charged at the rate of $.40 per mile. There are no credits or refunds for unused miles.  Our units get between 12-16 miles per gallon on average.  A generator may use up to 5 gallons of gas per day for dry camping and units are equipped to shut off the generator when your gas goes below 25% of a full tank to make sure you can get to a gas station for a fill up.

Pets are allowed on most of our units. When you are selecting your search criteria, please make sure to check if you are travelling with pets to make sure you reserve the right unit. We require a $100 pet fee and an additional refundable deposit fee of $100. If any damage occurs due to pets, any costs to repair excessive pet damage beyond $100 will be deducted from the damage deposit at cost. Please make sure when you book your destination, ask the park if they allow pets as not all do.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, and PayPal.

All of our units are protected with a mobile service network of service providers all across the United States. The service technicians answering our calls are trained in assistance in all aspects of vehicle operations from appliances to chassis. All of our units will have updated owners manuals and online videos for your reference. There are numerous YouTube channels in the RV space for quick fix options, along with identifying issues related to each specific unit as well. Please visit our resources tab for more details.

No. Absolutely not. If we detect any smoking inside the unit, the entire damage deposit will become 100% non-refundable. Please use the outdoors facilities at your destination for any smoking.  If this were your unit, you would appreciate the same.

Each RV will be equipped with a coffee pot, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and freezer as well as basic dishes, cookware, and dinnerware to ensure you have all you need. We stock each unit with linens for each bed and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 2 wash cloths per person of sleeping capacity.  Most destination campgrounds provide access to laundry facilities if you need to refresh your linens.  Each unit will also be stocked with paper for lavatory use, as well as all hoses and connectors for outside hookups. Please contact us with any special requests.

The TVs will be equipped with DVD players. Additional DirectTV can be purchased per day as an add on for each trip.

Most campgrounds will provide dump access upon your departure.  If you need to dump on the go, you can identify many gas station facilities such as Pilot or Loves that offer dumping stations.  Most smartphones can download the Park Advisor app that identifies appropriate dumping stations along your route.  Also, for your convenience, you can return your coach with full holding tanks that we can dump for a fee of 50.00.

Our favorite resources to find destinations are: ReserveAmerica (this is where all state parks direct reservations), KOA Campgrounds, and the Park Advisor app for smartphones.

We understand accidents happen. Please find a safe place to contact the local authorities first and always obtain a police report.  Please take photos and videos of the incident as well as photos and documentation of all parties involved, including driver's licenses and insurance cards.  Contact us as soon as possible to inform us about any incident.

The driver is responsible for any citations due to traffic violations or accidents.
